Your iPhone Won’t Turn On

  1. Press to see if the Wake/Sleep button is working properly. If not, check to see if it has been damaged in any way. If you noticed it has been damaged, contact an iPhone repair service.
  2. Connect your phone to your USB power adapter and allow it to charge for at least 10 minutes. If the device’s home screen appears, then you are good to go. Keep charging it up until it is fully charged.  However, if you unplug your phone from the power cord and it turns off instantly, it needs to be serviced.

Your Battery Is Not Charging

Your phone has been charging overnight while you were asleep (or so you thought). Unfortunately, you discover that it hasn’t charged at all. Here are a couple of things to do:
